Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in organic synthesis, drug synthesis or related field. Welcome this Year’s College Graduates.
3. Be able to carry out various tests independently, skillfully operate common instruments and solve problems in the test process.
4. Strong literature retrieval ability.
5. Correct working attitude, rigorous style, strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skills.
6. Experience in related industry is preferred.

2. Have solid organic synthesis knowledge and strong problem-solving ability, can skillfully design reasonable synthesis route and optimization reaction
method, familiar with the separation and analysis of compounds, and can carry out accurate HNMR and MS analysis.
3. Have project management skills, strong communication and coordination skills, can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of team members, guide
experimental team members and solve problems.
4. Able to skillfully search all kinds of Chinese and English literature.
5.Overseas study or related industry working experience is preferred.
